Privacy

This site is for professional enquiries. It is not a consumer social product. Last updated 11 September 2026.

What I collect

If you submit the form: name, email, optional company or website, message, optional phone, the page you sent it from, and any UTM tags on the URL. That data is emailed to me so I can reply. It is not sold. If a private Google Sheet is connected, the same enquiry is also stored there.

Public notes on the /blog/ page are written by me and meant to be shared. They are not personal data about visitors.

The homepage “room” asks where shipping stopped. If you tap a take, that anonymous choice can be stored in the same private Google Sheet and counted on the public wall. An optional one-liner (no name, no email) may appear on the site for other founders. Do not include personal data in that line. Email siddharth@initiotechmedia.com if you want a line taken down.

Analytics

Anonymous page views, quote-form starts, successful enquiries, and key clicks go to Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics and a Daily tab in the same private Google Sheet, unless you tap Necessary only or send Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Microsoft Clarity session recordings only start if you tap Allow analytics. I do not run ads. The quote form does not need this cookie.

How long

Enquiry records are kept as business correspondence. Email siddharth@initiotechmedia.com if you want a record removed.
